Returns & Exchanges

Each art print, canvas, and card is carefully inspected before shipping.
We do not accept returns unless the item you received is damaged or defective. In that case, we’ll resolve it promptlyor issue a refund when applicable.

If your print, canvas, or card arrives damaged, please contact contact@samyhalim.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and the item itself.

Please note that exchanges are not possible, as prints, canvases, and cards are delicate and can easily be damaged during return shipping.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped once a week, every Tuesday, using Colissimo, UPS or DHL.

All parcels are sent from Libourne, France, and include a tracking number. A signature will be required upon delivery for added security.

Typical delivery times are:

2–3 business days within Europe
4–7 business days for international destinations

For orders outside the EU, please note that VAT is not included. Your shipment may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Occasionally, customs checks or local procedures may cause slight delays.
If a package is not collected and returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange a new shipment — a reshipping fee may apply depending on the case.
